Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Request Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item (the product must be unused and in its original packaging).
  • Return Conditions:
    • The item must be in resalable condition (no damage, stains, and all accessories included);
    • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Refund Process:Submit a return request → Ship the item back after approval → Warehouse confirms the item is in compliance → Refund will be issued to your original payment account (processing time depends on your payment provider).
  • Shipping Fee Notes:
    • If returning due to product quality issues: We will cover the return shipping cost;
    • If returning for personal reasons: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
