Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states).

Due to distance and carrier limitations, we do not ship to the following locations at this time: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping fees vary based on the product, destination, and carrier rates.
Any shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After the order is processed, delivery typically takes: 3–7 business days for standard shipping. (Actual delivery time may vary due to weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasons.)

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may track it through the carrier’s website at any time.

Shipping Issues & Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Max@outerprocorp.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist with replacements or carrier claims as needed.
